I have always loved going to Cactus & Tropicals when I am in town. Beautiful store with friendly staff and great selection. Recently, I drove to this location from Logan to buy a specific houseplant, which I was excited about since this seemed like a quality nursery. I am very particular about buying from high quality places to avoid pests. They had the plant in stock and I was excited to take it home. Unfortunately, after a few weeks this plant developed a mealy bug infestation. I have never had pests on any of my other plants, which I bought from other nurseries, so the only place the mealybugs could have come from was Cactus & Tropicals. Luckily, I had placed this houseplant away from the rest of my collection, but if it was closer to my other plants I would have lost a lot of them. I was truly disappointed in this experience and wanted to post this to make sure other people quarantine their plants after buying from here. Edited to one star because a prop I took from this plant actually did spread the bugs to most of my collection. Extremely disappointed by this.

Nice selection of indoor foliage, orchids, cacti, and succulents in the green house. Plus a large yard of outdoor annuals and perennials. Good place to pick up a plant gift.

Hereβs a clean, natural-sounding review you can use or tweak: βΈ» We had such a great experience at Cactus & Tropicals today with our Navigator scouting group! We came for our gardening badge, and everything about the visit exceeded our expectations. Bryson, the education coordinator, was absolutely wonderful to work with. He showed the kids a variety of plants and did an amazing job explaining things in a way they could actually understand and stay engaged with. He was so patient and kind with our group of energetic 5- and 6-year-olds, who had a lot of questions and even more energy. The hands-on activity was fun and interactive, and Bryson really made the whole experience feel special. One of the highlights was when he let the kids feed the fish at the pondβ¦ they were completely thrilled. It was a fun, meaningful field trip, and even the parents left happyβ¦ many of us went home with beautiful plants. Weβre so grateful for the time and care that went into making this such a positive experience. Highly recommend for groups or families!

This place is awesome! There's no real way to explain the size of this place. It's HUGE, clean and has so many options for all your plant needs! Indoor and outdoor sections as well as specialties. (Bonsai, cactus etc.) They also have decor and supplies! Super cool location to check out!

Amazing service. Huge selections. Love the plant selection. Came in to get one for the family of a loved one instead of flowers that just die. Pam was amazing at helping us get what we needed. Would highly recommend for perennial and indoor plants
